Pengembangan karier guru

Syarat berkembangnya karier seorang guru adalah guru tersebut harus kompeten,mampu baik pengetahuan,keterampilan,maupun prilaku.guru kompeten yaitu guru yang memiliki kecakapan hidup(life skill) dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
a. Cakap mengenal diri(self awareness skill),diantaranya
-sadar sebagai makhluk Tuhan
-sadar eksistensi diri
-sadar potensi diri
b. Cakap berpikir(thinking skill),diantaranya:
-cakap menggali informasi
-cakap mengolah informasi
-cakap mengambil keputusan
-cakap memecahkan masalah
c. Cakap bersosialisasi(sosial skill)diantaranya:
-cakap berkomunikasi lisan
-cakap berkomunukasi secara tertulis
-cakap dalam bekerjasama.
d. Cakap secara akademik(akademik skill),diantaranya:
-cakap mengidentifikasi variabel
-cakap menghubungkan variabel
-cakap merumuskan hipotesis
-cakap melaksanakan suatu penelitian
e. Cakap secara vokasional(vocational skill),diantaranya:
-memiliki keahlian khusus dibidang pekerjaan,misal:ahli komputer,ahli akutansi,dll.
Apabila seorang guru sudah memiliki kecekapan hidup yang dijelaskan diatas,maka guru tersebut secara otomatis akan memiliki kredibitas baik dari atasan,teman sejawat maupun masyarakat sekitarnya.seiring dengan ini Insya Alloh karier seorang guru akan berkembang.
Contoh pengembangan karier seorang guru,antara lain:
1. Secara formal:
-Sebagai tenaga fungsional:dari guru SD bisa sampai menjadi Dosen.
-Sebagai tenaga fungsional pindah ke struktural:dari guru bisa menjadi seorang Kepala Kanwil
Diknas.
2. Secara Non Formal:
-menjadi penulis buku
-aktif di masyarakat sebagai tenaga pendidik;
-membuka tempat kursus yang berhubungan dengan dunia pendidikan.

the unforgotable moment in my life

This experience was happened when i was studying in junior high school in the third class. one day when i was studying mathematic the headmaster came into our class. the headmaster announced that in the end of the years especially all of the third grade students will make a journey to some historical places such as Lubang Buaya grave, Pancasila monument and some tourism objects like Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Ancol and many more.
When we heard about this news we were very happy, all of us scream and then the headmaster said that we had to pay fifty thousand rupiah per person, and had to pay as soon as possible. after the lesson end the students went home including me. at home i reported this program to my parents happily, my parent agreed with this plan and give me the money.
The next day i went to school and pay it, at school most of us talked about our study tour planning with excited we talked each other about what we will be done there and what we will be bought there because we have never been to Jakarta.
But two days before going to Jakarta i got an accident when i was riding motorbike, i ran too fast i wasn't able to control my motorbike. it slipped, my left hand was broken and my head was bleeding. i felt down in to the drain people who saw this accident
brought me to the hospital, the doctor took care me and suggest me to take a rest for a week. after heard this news i was very shocks and i was very disappointed because i couldn't attend to study tour programmed.
The next day doctor allowed me went home, at home i just cried because i lost my changed to have a picnic, especially to my favorite tourism object such as TMII and Ancol.
in the morning my teacher and my friends visited me they hope i will be better soon when they are talking with me my parents toward us and he said sorry because i couldn't attend to have a picnic to Jakarta.but my teachers and my friends understood what i had got. when they leaved me i was very sad and just cried because i couldn't attend to the study tour program.

Guru berprestasi adalah guru yang kompeten di segala bidang yang berhubungan dengan dunia pendidikan sehingga dapat mengetahui, merasakan, memahami dan menguasai ruang lingkup pendidikan. Pada akhirnya guru berprestasi itu akan mampu mengelola lembaga pendidikan secara menyeluruh. Mengelola lembaga pendidikan formal secara menyeluruh adalah fungsi dari kepala sekolah. Dengan demikian, insya Allah guru yang berprestasi mampu menjadi kepala sekolah.

My First BLOG

This is my first BLOG entry. If you ask me why I dont start one. Frankly I didnt have the time. I now realize that there is so much information that I come across that is truly useful and I dont always have time to write an article. In many cases the ideas dont require an entire article anyway. Blogging seems to make a lot of sense as an actual time saver for me. Thanks for reading and I hope all my time and effort helps (or at least entertains) you on many levels. Sincerely.
